We truly are a “one-stop-shop” in process cooling solutions. We are currently seeking an entry level sales representative to join our dynamic sales team at Morris & Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales, relationships, and promoting a range of poultry equipment and custom solutions across the United States. This role will require frequent travel (approximately 90%) to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or production, preferably in the agricultural, poultry, or equipment sales industry.
  • General understanding of poultry plant operations and the specific equipment used in the industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time, including overnight stays across the United States.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines and sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel by car, plane, or other means as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
