About The Position

Morris & Associates is seeking an experienced and motivated Poultry Equipment Sales Professional to join their dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing relationships, and promoting a range of poultry equipment and custom solutions across the United States. This role will require frequent travel (approximately 90%) to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and conduct product demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or production, preferably in the agricultural, poultry, or equipment sales industry.
  • Strong understanding of poultry plant operations and the specific equipment used in the industry is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel 90% of the time, including overnight stays across the United States.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present multiple solutions to customers.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical aspects of poultry equipment products.
  • Proven success presenting complex product features and benefits to customers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting deadlines and sales goals.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel by car, plane, or other means as required.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or a related field is preferred but not required.
