About The Position

People in this position perform general dishwasher duties to ensure the cleaning and sanitizing of pots and pans, dishes, and cooking utensils. The role includes cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils through mechanical, manual, or other established methods, recycling items, and emptying and cleaning containers. The employee must follow company rules and regulations and perform other tasks assigned by the Manager. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities at any time.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to provide dishwashing and cleaning and sanitation services for utensils, pots, and pans in a food service environment.
• Available to work any schedule during hours of operation.
• Authorization for a background check.
• Must provide proof of identity and U.S. work authorization.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move within the assigned work area or building for 6 to 7 hours, excluding breaks and lunch.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach as necessary to complete the work.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, cooking equipment, dinnerware, utensils, and trays.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils using mechanical, manual, or other established methods.
• Recycle items, empty containers when full, and clean the containers.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations as set forth in the employee handbook.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by the Manager.
