This Postdoctoral Scholar position will have the opportunity to work with both local and national multi-disciplinary teams to enhance the health care outcomes of at-risk infants. The appointee will be involved in the research activities related to the Canadian Neonatal Network, Evidence-based Practice Quality Improvement, and other provincial, national and local databases. These studies are currently funded through a CIHR grant and other provincial/local research funding. Training will be provided on advanced methods in various areas such as data analysis, neonatal outcomes and clinical infectious diseases. The position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and working with a diverse and dynamic team.
