About The Position

The Tabar Laboratory at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow with a background in pluripotent stem cells and molecular biology. This role is focused on developing translational models in glioma immunobiology using human pluripotent stem cell platforms. The candidate will work closely with the Glioma Immunology subgroup, which is a core member of the Center for Stem Cell Biology and the Brain Tumor Center at SKI. This is a collaborative environment including undergraduate and graduate trainees, postdocs, and is part of MSK's mission to train the next generation of scientists and clinicians.

Requirements

  • PhD or MD/PhD
  • Experience in molecular biology
  • Experience in pluripotent stem cell systems
  • Two or more scientific publications with significant involvement

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in macrophage biology
  • Experience in bioinformatics
  • Experience handling of single RNA and ATAC sequencing
  • Bioinformatics and single cell sequencing (RNA/ATAC/Multiome)
