Postdoctoral Research Fellow - Neurology (Dr. Souza)
About The Position
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow will be working on DOD funded research performing behavioral analysis, flow cytometry and tracing experiments. Previous work with B cell transfer and depletion is a strong preference. Also, meningeal flow cytometry and experience with brain immunohistochemistry. Strong communication skills is important. Will be leading the project and coordinating with graduate students and RA. Knowledge of circadian neuroscience is also preferred. What we do here changes the world. Requirements
- Doctoral/Terminal Degree
- Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently and/or a negligible amount constantly to move objects.
- Employees must permanently reside and work in the State of Texas.

Responsibilities
- Plans and conducts experiments, analyzes data, and prepares publications describing results.
- Assists in training and mentoring of lab personnel, including graduate students and other trainees.
- Reads and evaluates literature.
- Possess interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
