About The Position

The Department of Psychology at Colorado State University seeks applications for postdoctoral research experience in Psychology. These are temporary assignments with annual terms that may be renewed based on performance and funding availability. The Department of Psychology supports approximately 1400 undergraduate majors and 100 graduate students, with 30 full-time faculty across five doctoral programs: Health Psychology, Cognitive Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and Industrial/Organizational Psychology. It also offers two Master’s degrees and houses several service centers and research initiatives, including the Psychological Services Center, the Center for Meaning and Purpose, the Aging Clinic of the Rockies, and the Tri-Ethnic Center for Prevention Research. An externally funded occupational health psychology training program, supported by NIOSH, also exists within the department.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Psychology or closely related discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Support grant and department research in Psychology.
  • Collecting, managing, and analyzing research data.
  • Additional job duties as needed by PI and faculty.
