Postdoctoral Associate, Charter Schools
About The Position
Blueprint Labs is seeking a Postdoctoral Associate to help lead the Charter School Research Collaborative. This role involves close collaboration with Blueprint Labs Directors Parag Pathak and Josh Angrist, as well as collaborators at other universities. Blueprint utilizes data and economics to understand the impact of policy decisions and to foster societal improvement. The Education Team at Blueprint focuses on studying education systems and policies, assisting policymakers in creating more equitable education systems and enhancing outcomes for children and families. Previous postdoctoral associates from Blueprint have successfully secured tenure-track positions in academia.
Requirements
- Ph.D. in economics, education, public policy, political science, computer science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated track record of conducting research in partnership with charter schools and/or major US school districts.
- Strong management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong technical skills.

- An employment term of at least two years is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
