About The Position

The Post-Sales Engineer turns validated AI solutions into working customer deployments. The role works directly with customers to implement workflows, integrate enterprise systems, and demonstrate that solutions meet agreed technical acceptance criteria. It adapts reusable agent components, configures customer environments and instrumentation, and diagnoses integration, retrieval, model, and workflow issues. The engineer establishes customer evaluation baselines, coordinates readiness reviews, and prepares deployment, rollback, troubleshooting, and enablement materials. Accountability includes implementation quality, initial deployment, technical acceptance, and explicit handover to designated operational owners and Customer Success. The role also returns reusable improvements and recurring defects to engineering. U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within the facility. Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet U.S. government client eligibility requirements.
