About The Position

The Post-Production Operations Coordinator supports the Strategic Communications team by managing post-production workflows, post-production administration, and content delivery across high-impact video and live experiences. A large part of this role is working cross-functionally with various orgs and internal stakeholders to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and executed to a high standard. This position requires a strong production mindset, deep comfort working within active production environments, and hands-on post-production editing expertise. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technically fluent in Adobe tools, and experienced with modern project management platforms.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in post-production, production operations, or production administration
  • Hands-on editing expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience working in fast-paced production environments
  • Strong understanding of the technical components associated with the post-production process
  • Strong experience using Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar project management tools
  • Hands on experience utilizing Creative and Administrative AI tools
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting executive-level content or communications
  • Familiarity with media workflows and asset management systems
  • Working knowledge of live event, AV, and production pipelines
  • Basic understanding of audio, color, graphics, and delivery specifications
  • Expertise in After Effects and PowerPoint a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage post-production workflows for executive-level video content, events, demos, and internal/external communications
  • Maintain and track production schedules, milestones, feedback cycles, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
  • Serve as the administrative backbone for the creative team, ensuring clarity, communication, and follow-through from kickoff to final delivery
  • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other Adobe Creative Cloud tools (editing is a core responsibility)
  • Coordinate asset management, versioning, approvals, and handoffs across stakeholders and creative partners
  • Build and maintain detailed production timelines, trackers, and documentation
  • Ensure post-production processes align with executive expectations, brand standards, and distribution requirements
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, or scope changes and recommend solutions
  • Partner directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across regions and time zones to drive alignment and deliver high-impact communications.
  • Orchestrate complex, multi-stakeholder inputs while maintaining clarity, momentum, and quality from planning through execution.
  • Represent the Strategic Communications team as a trusted extension of leadership, bringing confidence, authority, and professionalism to high-stakes live moments.
