Requirements

• Efficiency, consistency, and a strong focus on quality and compliance throughout the post-harvest process.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to perform essential functions that include, but are not limited to: Pushing, pulling, lifting, or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel, bend, squat, and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to touch, handle, feel, and pick objects (manual dexterity).
• Comfort and capability of working under conditions such as dust, plant matter, and particles that affect the respiratory system, eyes, or skin.
• Comfort and capability of working in environments with high amounts of plant matter and pollen.
• Comfort and capability of working in areas of the facility that reach high/low temperatures with high humidity levels.
• Comfort and capability of working with chemicals (e.g., butane, propane, bleach) while following strict safety guidelines.
• Comfort and capability of cleaning and maintaining the facility or equipment using approved chemicals.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including clothing protection, close-toed non-slip shoes, and optional ear and eye protection.

Responsibilities

• Trimming, curing, and packaging cannabis flower and pre-rolls to prepare products for distribution.
• Accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing cannabis products while maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Adhering to daily production schedules in a fast-paced lab environment.
