Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Professional and dependable approach to work
• Regular and punctual attendance
• Must be 21 years of age or older, as required by the state of Ohio
• Must successfully pass a background check as mandated by the state of Ohio

Nice To Haves

• Prior industry experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily crop maintenance
• Operate harvest equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Work collaboratively in a team environment
• Follow established procedures and safety standards
