Post-Event Stadium Cleaner
About The Position
ABM is seeking a reliable, experienced Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies in an assigned area of an arena, sports stadium, convention center, or other entertainment venue. Assigned areas may include restrooms, suites, or concourses. The Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete assigned tasks, which may include cleaning guest common areas, restrooms, and private or VIP suites; emptying trash receptacles; cleaning bodily fluids; and helping guests with directions within the complex. The hourly rate is $21.50. The shift takes place after events finish, and hours may vary. No experience or high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required; on-the-job training is provided. The role is described as a good fit for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. Veterans and candidates with military experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Notify the Manager about the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, and others.
- Comply with company, client, and regulatory safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures.
- Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment.
- Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas, manually or using hand trucks.
- Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock supplies in the assigned venue area.
- Clean guest common areas, restrooms, and private or VIP suites; empty trash receptacles and clean bodily fluids as assigned.
- Assist guests with directions within the complex.
