About The Position

Maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and upkeep of an assigned area within an arena, sports stadium, convention center, or other entertainment venue. Assigned areas may include restrooms, suites, or concourses. The Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete assigned tasks. Duties may include cleaning guest common areas, restrooms, and private or VIP suites; emptying trash receptacles; cleaning bodily fluids; and assisting guests with directions within the complex. The schedule requires flexibility and availability to work nights and weekends in support of stadium event operations. The position is located at 2515 Speedway, Austin, TX 78712, and pays $17.50 per hour, paid weekly. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
No experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
Must be flexible and willing to complete assigned tasks.
Must be available to work nights and weekends in support of stadium event operations.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience.
One year of similar work experience.
Veteran or military experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

Notify the Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers.
Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, clients, and regulatory authorities.
Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment.
Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas, manually or using hand trucks.
Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
Clean assigned areas, which may include guest common areas, restrooms, and private or VIP suites.
Empty trash receptacles, clean bodily fluids, and assist guests with directions within the complex.
Stock supplies and maintain the upkeep of an assigned area.
