The specialist coordinates the delivery of finalized documents to loan operations, records collateral documents, processes invoices, and prepares funding worksheets. Additionally, the role requires collaboration across departments, adherence to bank policies and lending procedures, and effective communication with both internal teams and external clients. The Post Documentation Specialist maintains accurate records, generates required reports, and responds promptly to inquiries while keeping supervisors informed of relevant updates and issues.
