This full-time, 12-month position will focus on two major projects: (1) a federally funded project examining the impact of FLIP Recess, an intervention to improve social outcomes for students with extensive support needs at recess (70% of time), and (2) research and dissemination initiatives focused on training teachers and early childhood staff in best practices for inclusive early childhood education (30% of time). The FLIP Recess project is a large efficacy trial funded by the Institute on Education Sciences, led by Dr. Brock as Principal Investigator.
