This training program will provide advanced expertise in medicinal chemistry, chemical biology, photophysics, and neuropharmacology, preparing her for an independent career in translational biomedical research. The role involves performing organic synthesis of novel FSHR inhibitors identified through AI-driven drug discovery, conducting structural and photophysical characterization of these compounds, developing and validating bimodal luminescent–MRI theranostic agents conjugated to FSHR inhibitors, assessing in vitro receptor binding, neuronal uptake, and signaling inhibition in relevant cellular models, and collaborating with the in vivo research team to evaluate the preclinical efficacy of lead compounds in murine models of Alzheimer’s disease.
