Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in public health, social/behavioral sciences, or a related field required.
  • Applicants must upload a writing sample and three (3) academic references along with their CV/resume to the application to be considered for the position.

Nice To Haves

  • Formal coursework or professional training in implementation science, quality improvement, or organizational psychology
  • advanced quantitative analysis training
  • some qualitative research training/coursework.
  • Maternal health research and/or programs, 3 years
  • published 2+ articles as primary author

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizes research questions, analyzes data, and prepares manuscripts suitable for publication in leading journals
  • Works closely with faculty, interdisciplinary staff, and external partners to operationalize research plans, develops protocols and instruments, supervises and ensures quality of research procedures, and participates in data collection.
  • Collaborates with Principal Investigators, research staff, and partners in preparing proposals for external funding and responding to RFPs
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
