About The Position

A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available for a highly motivated and productive applicant in the laboratory of Dr. Katherine Aird. The Aird Lab studies the intersection of cellular metabolism and cell cycle regulation in cancer. The lab has a strong commitment to the success of its lab members, is well-funded, and has a vibrant and high-energy research environment. The lab has multiple collaborations both within The Wistar Institute and externally, including at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University, providing a rich and interdisciplinary training environment. Requirements

Recent recipients of PhD or MD/PhD (or equivalent) degree or close to obtaining a doctoral degree.
At least one first author peer-reviewed publication.
Standard molecular and cellular biology techniques.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in mouse models, especially cancer-related.
