About The Position

Assists in performing investigative research under mentorship in a particular area or areas of study. Publishes and presents data in a timely manner and collaborates with other investigators to facilitate their scientific research and training. Participates in institute and community activities. Operates with direct guidance; work assignments are generally straightforward and of moderate complexity. Performs related duties as required.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) required.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs research projects as directed and follows experimental protocols proficiently and meticulously.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets research data related to specific projects.
• Submits manuscripts and abstracts to peer-reviewed journals and presents research at local, national, and international conferences.
• Performs administrative and research support tasks, including correspondence, attending meetings, database maintenance, and maintaining records and charts.
• Performs other clinical and administrative activities as needed.
• Provides technical direction to research staff.
• Participates in institute and community activities.
