Post-DNP Fellow (Psychiatry; PMHNP)

The Lorenz ClinicMinneapolis, MN
Hybrid

About The Position

This is a 1-year, full-time, salaried clinical postdoctoral fellowship position designed for doctorally-prepared trainees to prepare for independent clinical work post-licensure. It follows a cohort model, fostering learning through interprofessional peers and offering psychotherapy training within an interprofessional clinic. The fellowship provides a steady, predictable paycheck and allows fellows to choose their caseload, focusing on learning and professional development rather than solely on billable hours. The program aims to amplify learning and assist with licensure, offering a unique blend of clinical practice and structured training activities.
