The Post-Delivery Project Manager leads project execution after equipment delivery, guiding projects through customer acceptance, issue resolution, warranty support, and final closeout. The role is the primary coordination point for post-delivery activities, partnering with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve challenges, meet commitments, and provide a strong customer experience. It focuses on project coordination and leadership rather than direct field execution. Site labor management, subcontractor supervision, installation, factory operations, construction methods, and jobsite safety remain with the relevant site, construction, service, and manufacturing teams. Success is measured by efficient issue resolution, warranty response and closure, customer satisfaction, on-time turnover and closeout, reduced material recovery lead times, accurate reporting and portfolio visibility, and improvements that reduce recurring quality and execution issues. Schneider Electric describes its workplace as collaborative and inclusive, and offers opportunities to grow expertise and leadership capabilities. The role is a full-time U.S.-based position, with an expected annual pay range of USD 101,600–152,400, including base pay and short-term incentives. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis; immigration sponsorship is not provided.
