Post Commander - Los Angeles County
About The Position
The Post Commander oversees all on-site security operations, ensuring contract compliance, maintaining high performance standards, and leading security personnel with professionalism and accountability. This role is the primary liaison between Customized Guard Services & Systems (CGSS), the client, and assigned officers. The position is based in Los Angeles County. It is full-time and includes weekly pay. Uniforms are provided, and employees receive access to a dedicated app for direct deposit, clock-in and clock-out functions, W-1 forms, time-off requests, and other resources and support.
Requirements
- Guard Card certification.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead assigned security officers.
- Ensure all post orders and client directives are followed.
- Maintain proper staffing levels and coordinate coverage.
- Conduct routine inspections and performance evaluations.
- Provide coaching, corrective action, and leadership development.
- Handle incident response and ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain strong client communication and relationship management.
- Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Submit required reports accurately and on time.
