Responsibilities

• Receives loan documents after loan closing and provides follow-up for missing or delayed packages or documents.
• Reviews/Scrubs closed loan packages and prior to loan delivery; related but not limited to TRID disclosure timing requirements.
• Index images after funding for Shipping package and company records.
• Maintain mindful details, related to electronic storage of documents for clean file export.
• Delivering closed loan packages and full submission packages to the specified investors within company time frames.
• Executes submission forms to attach to loan files and ensures their accuracy depending on loan delegation.
• Review and execute daily Delivery assignments; as directed by leadership/ management.
• Work directly with Post-Closing support staff, to ensure compliant management/housekeeping requirements are adhered to.
• Other assigned tasks or responsibilities that may not be delineated above.
