About The Position

Atlantic Bingo Supply, a leader in the charitable gaming industry, distributes consumable and electronic gaming products to social and gaming venues. The POS Service Technician installs, maintains, and services POS systems and electronic bingo equipment, including handheld electronic gaming units. The role resolves technical issues, supports customer satisfaction, and assists other Field Service Technicians as needed. A typical workday begins mid-morning and ends in the early evening, with flexibility to work outside those hours.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic electronics, audio-visual, and PC knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Self-motivated and self-sufficient, and able to follow directions.
• Able to work into the early evening and on weekends as needed.
• Maintain a good driving record.
• Safety oriented.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electronic gaming devices and other bingo equipment.
• Install, train customers on, and support POS systems.
• Install equipment, perform light mechanical refurbishing, and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
• Provide customer service.
• Assist with technical sales as needed.
• Assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary.
