POS Implementation Specialist-Denver
About The Position
This is a Field role for a POS system implementation specialist. The role involves installing, training, and supporting POS customers in the field and remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience using the TOAST POS platform in a restaurant setting (shift leader, bartender, supervisor, or manager) and possess an understanding of basic computer technology, restaurant operations, and front and back of house terminology. The role requires a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and proper auto insurance. The specialist will be comfortable speaking to and teaching groups of restaurant staff, managers, and decision-makers. This is not a 9 to 5 position and requires full flexibility with scheduling, including early mornings, weekend work, and overnight travel. The company is focused on the restaurant industry and has been growing rapidly since 2020. Requirements
- Must already reside in the Greater Denver metro
- Experience specifically using the TOAST POS platform in a restaurant setting: as shift leader, bartender, supervisors or manager
- Ability to understand basic computer technology
- Ability to understand restaurant operations
- Ability to understand front and back of house terminology
- Reliable vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Proper auto insurance
- Full flexibility with scheduling
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (Required)
