About The Position
Use Service Now Service Manager application to process requests from internal departments related to steady state break/fix, Move-Add-Change (MAC) requests, and Project activity. Manage hardware lifecycle from new order inbounding to hardware deployments to hardware receiving and testing to hardware refurbishment to hardware retirement and disposal. Work entails building hardware systems, testing hardware, kitting hardware and limited configurations of tablets, registers, servers, switches and routers.
Requirements
- Experience with Service Now Service Manager application.
- Experience processing requests for steady state break/fix, Move-Add-Change (MAC) requests, and Project activity.
- Experience managing hardware lifecycle (ordering, deployment, receiving, testing, refurbishment, retirement, disposal).
- Experience building hardware systems.
- Experience testing hardware.
- Experience kitting hardware.
- Experience with limited configurations of tablets, registers, servers, switches and routers.
