About The Position
Lisinski Law Firm is expanding its USCIS operations team and seeks Professional Interpreters (English-Portuguese) interested in immigration who value flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. This role involves gig-based, appointment-driven USCIS interview appearances. This is not a full-time role. Assignments are scheduled in advance and designed for interpreters seeking flexible work without long-term employment commitments.
Requirements
- Valid government-issued photo ID for USCIS Interviews
- Minimum of 6 months of professional interpreter experience
- Ability to handle long/stressful sessions
- Availability during business hours
Responsibilities
- Attend in person at scheduled USCIS Interviews
- Represent clients professionally and ensure accurate communication
- Follow prepared notes, instructions and report outcomes using firm templates
