About The Position

The Portfolio Operations Manager owns the operating system that enables CE to evaluate, prioritize, sequence, and govern enterprise work as a unified portfolio. The role manages intake of proposed enterprise work, the prioritized CE portfolio roadmap, governance and decision cadence, and an integrated view of dependencies, duplication, capacity, and tradeoffs. The manager partners with CE Leadership, Enterprise Operations, Regions, HEDs, RBO teams, and other stakeholders to focus resources on high-priority work and support transparent decisions when priorities compete. The role maintains the integrated CE enterprise portfolio across initiatives, launches, RBO work, and field-partner commitments; translates strategy and leadership priorities into a roadmap; and makes portfolio timing, sequencing, interdependencies, and milestones visible. It owns the intake and evaluation process, establishes prioritization criteria, facilitates discussions, and recommends actions when demand exceeds capacity. It also manages governance cadence and decision materials, tracks portfolio choices, and synthesizes changes, risks, dependencies, decisions, and tradeoffs for leadership. The manager maintains an integrated view of capacity, demand, dependencies, and resource constraints, integrates RBO commitments into the broader portfolio, and partners with Enterprise Initiatives and Launch Operations to resolve conflicts and coordinate resources. The position leads, coaches, and develops Enterprise Operations Leads assigned to portfolio and RBO work; sets standards for portfolio data, governance materials, decision support, and milestone tracking; and builds portfolio management capabilities and ways of working across the team. The position can be based in SSF or remotely. Relocation benefits are not available. The expected annual salary range for the primary location of California is $142,200–$264,200. Actual pay depends on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. The position qualifies for benefits detailed at a linked benefits page.
