As a Marketing Director at Equifax, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Employer Services solutions sold directly to employers. You will develop and execute sophisticated marketing strategies that address the unique challenges of HR compliance and tax to enterprise-level decision-makers. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Content Creation.
  • A track record of taking initiative and using "grit" to deliver results in uncertain or complex environments.
  • Well-versed in B2B marketing planning, including digital tactics, trade show marketing, and sales collateral development (experience required, although this role will not be directly responsible for executing digital advertising or tradeshows).
  • The ability to organize work independently while ensuring continuous alignment with leadership expectations and overarching business goals.
  • Skill in navigating diverse personality types and competing priorities to find mutually agreeable and achievable solutions for complex problems.
  • Taking full ownership of tasks and outcomes, acknowledging personal errors without passing blame, and maintaining high professional standards.
  • Functional expertise typically gained through a formal degree in Marketing or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in either HR technology or HR compliance and an understanding of the buying personas for these audiences.
  • Prior experience working within or managing a creative agency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer-focused content and messaging that resonates with enterprise buying centers.
  • Apply a "new perspective" to existing solutions to solve complex market positioning problems and develop value messaging around the impact and value of our solutions, defining a clear reason to act.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of the HR software market and HR compliance to inform innovation, engagement tactics, and content.
  • Communicate value propositions to the sales team and own the development of “sales toolkits” and thought leadership content.
  • Coordinate with Partner Marketing to ensure toolkits are shared and enabled with reseller partners as well.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end marketing program plans across multiple channels, tracking effectiveness to ensure high ROI and scalable growth.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing teams to guide and support their delivery of digital marketing tactics and campaign execution.
  • Independently manage complex projects by building exceptional internal relationships and navigating a dynamic workplace with limited oversight.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify buyer personas and purchasing decision processes within enterprise-level organizations.
  • Serving as project manager of marketing programs within the strategic marketing plan, utilizing technical expertise to drive results with speed and quality.
