This role ensures our expanding portfolio is understood, differentiated, and valued by buyers across industries. The position works closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Executive Leadership. As UKG evolves its Workforce Operating System and Workforce AI, Portfolio Marketing is crucial for creating clarity, focus, and momentum within a complex, multi-product organization. The Senior Director of Portfolio Marketing will define and own the company's portfolio- and platform-level narrative, explaining how products solve workforce problems, their importance to various buyers, and their contribution to measurable business impact. This is a strategic, high-visibility role that requires strong judgment, influence, and the ability to manage ambiguity. The individual will translate innovation into outcome-driven messaging, shape global campaigns, and ensure the platform story resonates across industries, personas, and buying committees. The role operates at both strategic and execution levels, setting direction, guiding peers, and ensuring market impact through scalable plays and campaigns.
