This position is responsible for ensuring portfolio administration and risk management comply with established credit policy and regulatory guidelines. The role involves maintaining financial monitoring, covenant tracking, exception management, and timely renewals. The Portfolio Manager will determine compliance with loan agreements and borrowing base requirements, conduct periodic borrower reviews, and maintain accurate digital loan files. This role also serves as a liaison between lenders and internal departments such as Credit, Appraisal, and Central Loan Documentation (CLD). Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing financial information, addressing documentation deficiencies, monitoring repayment activity, managing past due accounts, and participating in loan approval processes with recommendations for appropriate credit structure. The position requires preparing cash flow analyses, financial spreads, and credit packages, as well as reviewing appraisals and loan documents prior to closing. The Portfolio Manager may attend loan closings and perform collateral inspections as required. Additionally, the role involves identifying cross-sell opportunities, participating in community and business development activities, and ensuring compliance with BSA, CIP, and all regulatory requirements. A strong emphasis is placed on delivering superior customer service and upholding organizational values.
