As an Investment Portfolio Manager, you will develop and manage customized investment strategies for high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations, and endowments. In this highly visible role, you will partner directly with clients to help them achieve their financial goals while contributing to the evolution of our investment platform and processes. This position offers the opportunity to influence portfolio strategy, mentor team members, and make a meaningful impact across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of investment management, portfolio management, or related financial services experience.
  • Strong experience managing client investment relationships and portfolio strategy.
  • Access to reliable transportation and the ability to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients, trusts, foundations, or endowments.
  • Experience mentoring investment professionals or leading investment initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored investment strategies aligned with clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances.
  • Manage complex client relationships, including multi-generational families, foundations, endowments, and external advisors.
  • Communicate portfolio performance, market insights, and investment recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Execute portfolio strategies within established investment guidelines and compliance standards.
  • Analyze market trends, economic conditions, and asset allocation opportunities to support investment decisions.
  • Contribute to investment research, including securities, external managers, funds, and portfolio solutions.
  • Lead or participate in initiatives that enhance investment processes, products, and risk management practices.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior portfolio managers and investment professionals.
