About The Position

The purpose of the role is to enable data-driven strategic and operational decision-making through extracting actionable insights from large datasets, performing statistical and advanced analytics to uncover trends and patterns, and presenting findings through clear visualizations and reports. This includes investigating and analyzing data issues, designing and building data pipelines, applying advanced analytical techniques, developing logical data models, and translating insights into actionable business recommendations. The role also involves creating interactive dashboards and reports, and automating reporting processes. As a Vice President, the role involves contributing to strategy, driving requirements, managing resources and budgets, and ensuring continuous improvement. For individual contributors, this means being a subject matter expert, guiding technical direction, leading collaborative assignments, and coaching less experienced specialists. The role requires advising key stakeholders, managing risks, understanding organizational functions, collaborating with other areas, creating solutions based on analytical thought, and building trusting relationships with stakeholders.
