About The Position

The Portfolio Enablement Lead is an enterprise portfolio transformation leader responsible for shaping and advancing Humana’s portfolio operating model, Agile Release Train (ART) design, and Ways of Working across multiple portfolios. The role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and translates enterprise strategy into scalable portfolio operating models that promote alignment, flow, value delivery, and measurable business outcomes. The position focuses on enterprise enablement rather than delivery management. It advances portfolio optimization, governance consistency, operating model maturity, and long-term organizational effectiveness while partnering across business, product, and technology organizations. The role resides within the Office of the COO in the Technical organization and maintains enterprise neutrality while enabling cohesive portfolio operations and outcomes. With significant autonomy in complex and ambiguous situations, the Portfolio Enablement Lead advises senior leaders on portfolio structure, prioritization, governance, investment alignment, execution models, and transformation roadmaps. The role leads portfolio transformation initiatives, establishes enterprise standards, enables Lean Portfolio Management and continuous improvement, and helps build leadership and practitioner capabilities across portfolios. It also supports portfolio metrics and governance frameworks to assess health, flow efficiency, transformation progress, and value realization. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings. Home or hybrid employees must have internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds and a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI/HIPAA information. The position is scheduled for 40 hours per week. The posted annual base pay range is $126,300–$173,700, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan. The role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.
