About The Position

The Porter at Audi Downtown Nashville moves vehicles to maintain traffic flow, assists customers by answering questions and directing them to appropriate personnel, and helps maintain dealership cleanliness. The role may include replenishing vehicle fluids and providing other minor vehicle assistance. The Porter keeps vehicle lots orderly, moves cars according to dealership display standards, cleans the driveway and sidewalks, drives vehicles between the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot, and makes vehicle key tags. The position also requires following company safety policies and procedures and promptly reporting accidents to a manager or supervisor. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the USA.
Perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
Demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, an MVR check, a drug test, and a credit report.
Have a valid driver license.
Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily; reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

Move vehicles to maintain traffic flow.

Keep vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards.
Clean the driveway and sidewalks, removing debris as necessary.
Drive vehicles to and from the service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
Make key tags for vehicles.
Follow company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Perform other duties as assigned.
