About The Position
The Porter is a member of the Food and Beverage department at Mystic Lake / Little Six Casino and supports servers, bartenders, and bar backs. The role keeps beverage stations, bars, and food outlets supplied with ice, products, and other necessary supplies, while maintaining a clean work area. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available across three shifts: 10 AM–6 PM, 6 PM–2 AM, and 2 AM–10 AM. Starting pay is up to $16.50, depending on shift, with a $1,000 signing bonus.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
Responsibilities
- Provide beverage stations and food outlets with an adequate supply of ice.
- Replace pop bibs.
- Supply and replenish bars and server and beverage stations with products and supplies needed for operation.
- Stock designated areas with cups, lids, filters, and other appropriate products.
- Keep the work area well-maintained and the floor free of debris.
- Replenish beverage machines as needed.
