About The Position
Major Food Group is hiring Porters/Dishwashers for Chateau ZZ's, its Mexican restaurant located in a historic manor on Brickell Avenue in Miami. Chateau ZZ's features a range of dining environments, a collection of rare tequilas, a solarium, a bar and lounge, and gardens. The role is suited to individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience as a Porter, Dishwasher, Janitor, or in a similar role.
- Dependable, hard-working, and punctual.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Open availability; daytime and overnight schedules are available.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of Back of House and Front of House areas.
- Clean and sort dishes and flatware.
- Mop and take out trash as necessary.
- Wash and disinfect appliances, display cases, work surfaces, floors, and walls.
- Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
