About The Position

This is a full-time position responsible for managing vehicle flow in the service department, assisting service advisors, ensuring vehicles are prepared for customers, and providing transportation. The role requires excellent customer service, the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and physical stamina.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Must be energetic and able to walk at a fast pace and stand for 8 hours a day.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Must be able to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds by self more than 50 with assistance.
  • Must be able to tolerate harsh weather conditions: excessive heat and excessive cold.
  • Must be able and willing to spend most of the day outdoors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle flow in service stalls, service lane, service drive, and service parking lot.
  • Work with service advisors to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, and fielding customer requests.
  • Ensure each vehicle has a steering wheel cover and floor mat installed.
  • Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
  • Remove steering wheel cover and floor mats before service delivery.
  • Clean driveway, sidewalks, and other areas as directed by management.
  • Provide transportation for customers.
  • Be alert of traffic flow to sales and service lots.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
