Porter Runner - Point Place Casino
About The Position
As a F&B Porter/Runner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience by delivering food promptly, assisting bartenders and servers, and keeping service areas clean and stocked. You will always provide prompt and courteous food & beverage services to every guest by bringing food to table in a timely manner. You will continually monitor stock levels and obtain supplies and equipment for refreshment bars. You will perform routine inventory of all required refreshment bar items daily and remain up to date on all cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and appropriate stemware. You will understand the importance of prompt and efficient service and continually demonstrate this to the Bartenders, Beverage Servers and Supervisors.
Requirements
- the ability to speak English.
- previous food & beverage experience.
- hand coordination for grasping objects up to 5 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 100 pounds, and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
