Requirements
- Previous Blackjack training and or experience.
- The ability to speak, read, and understand the English language; must continuously communicate with a degree of professionalism and accuracy.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- To meet our age requirement of 18 years of age.
- To stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 31 - 40 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years dealing in a commercial casino environment and/or accreditation from a professional gaming school (TS Dealer School) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accurately take guest bets, payout bets, and make change for guests.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of gaming policies and procedures.
- Consistently keep shuffle time at 2 minutes or less.
- Alert the Floor Supervisor of any suspected irregularities on the game. Never correct their own mistakes.
- Maintain familiarity with all novelty game procedures.
