Porter/Housekeeping
About The Position
This role involves cleaning and sanitizing various areas of the venue, including restrooms, dining areas, and kitchen spaces. The Porter/Housekeeping staff will be responsible for emptying trash receptacles, ensuring proper waste disposal, and performing routine maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Additionally, they will assist in maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel. The goal is to support the team in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests while adhering to all health and safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform cleaning duties.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
