About The Position
Gene Butman Ford is seeking a reliable and motivated Porter/Driver to join our team in Ypsilanti, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our dealership and ensuring the timely and safe transport of vehicles.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate vehicles safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work cooperatively
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, and lifting
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a porter/driver or in a similar role is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Move vehicles throughout the dealership and to/from service bays or customer locations as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot and service areas
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any issues
- Assist with vehicle deliveries and pick-ups
- Support the service and sales teams as required
- Adhere to all safety and company policies
