About The Position

The Portable Restroom Technician assists with delivering, setting up, servicing, and picking up portable restrooms at event sites, construction locations, and other designated areas. Working under the direction of an experienced technician, the role involves loading, transporting, cleaning, and maintaining portable restrooms and sanitation equipment while supporting customer satisfaction. This is a physically demanding outdoor position requiring punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail. The schedule is full-time, 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential additional hours depending on events or jobs. Occasional weekends or evenings may be required based on event needs.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
• Up to one year of mini excavator experience.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential additional hours depending on events or jobs.
• Ability to follow directions and work closely with an experienced technician.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and move portable restroom units weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail when cleaning and maintaining restrooms.
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from supervisors.

• Basic mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Help load and deliver portable restrooms to event sites, construction locations, or other designated areas.
• Assist with breaking down and retrieving portable restrooms after events or as required.
• Handle hoses, pumps, and other sanitation equipment during servicing as needed.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously onsite, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling sanitation equipment and waste materials.
• Help keep service trucks clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the lead technician or manager.
• Clean and maintain portable restrooms.
