Requirements
- Leadership experience in aggregates, mining, dredging, or heavy industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Knowledge of MSHA and safety-focused operations
- Ability to make decisions and drive results
Responsibilities
- Lead daily plant operations and production crews
- Manage equipment utilization and maintenance planning
- Drive safety, quality and production performance
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and keep projects on track
- Build and develop high-performing teams
