About The Position

Porsche Seattle North is seeking a Bronze Certified Technician to join their team. This role is ideal for a technician who holds Porsche Bronze certification and is looking to advance their career towards Silver certification. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing Porsche vehicles, ensuring repairs are completed to factory specifications with speed and accuracy. The position offers a clear career path with opportunities for growth and increased earnings through progressive pay plans and manufacturer training.

Requirements

• Porsche Bronze certification required.
• Solid foundation in Porsche vehicle systems, building toward advanced diagnostic capability.
• Low comeback rate and a personal standard for quality.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Building toward Silver certification.
• PTAP graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• PIWIS diagnostic platform experience preferred.
• ASE certifications a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles across a full range of systems including engine, transmission, brakes, advanced electrical, suspension, PASM, and PDK, using Porsche diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures.
• Execute repairs to Porsche factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Complete repair orders accurately, documenting all work performed, parts used, and labor with precision.
• Stay current on Porsche technical service bulletins, PIWIS updates, and evolving repair procedures.
• Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation that reflects the standard of the Porsche brand.
• Contribute to a shop culture where technical excellence and craftsmanship are the baseline.
