About The Position
Porsche Seattle North is a high-volume luxury store with a passionate guest base and a shop that holds itself to a premium standard. The Silver Certified Technician brings proven Porsche platform knowledge and the diagnostic capability to handle complex work with confidence and consistency. This role involves diagnosing and repairing Porsche vehicles across a full range of systems, executing repairs to factory specifications, and maintaining a clean and safe workstation. The position offers a flat-rate pay structure where earnings are driven by depth and efficiency, with opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility.
Requirements
- Porsche Silver certification -- required
- Demonstrated diagnostic proficiency across Porsche vehicle systems
- PIWIS diagnostic platform experience -- required
- Strong command of Porsche electrical, drivetrain, suspension, and ADAS systems
- Low comeback rate and a quality standard that reflects your certification level
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- ASE certifications a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles across a full range of systems -- engine, transmission, brakes, advanced electrical, suspension, PASM, PDK, and beyond -- using Porsche diagnostic platforms and OEM procedures
- Execute repairs to Porsche factory specifications with speed, accuracy, and zero shortcuts
- Complete repair orders accurately -- documenting all work performed, parts used, and labor with precision
- Stay current on Porsche technical service bulletins, PIWIS updates, and evolving repair procedures
- Perform test drives to validate diagnostic conclusions and confirm repair quality before vehicle return
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation that reflects the standard of the Porsche brand
- Contribute to a shop culture where technical excellence and craftsmanship are the baseline
