About The Position

Porsche Austin is looking for a Porsche Pro to join their team of dedicated professionals. A Porsche Pro is a technology specialist at the dealership whose primary role is to educate clients, demonstrate vehicle features, and support the sales team.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal presentation skills with experience in high-value or luxury retail markets.
• A strong continuous-learning mindset and deep affinity for automotive technology and the Porsche brand.
• Flexibility to work standard retail hours, which often includes Saturdays.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least two years with good driving record.
• Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission.
• At least 22 years of age for insurance purposes to drive vehicles.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Explain detailed vehicle specifications, performance capabilities, and luxury tech (such as Porsche Car Connect and telematics).
• Lead personalized new-owner handovers and host follow-up sessions to ensure clients master their car’s functions.
• Conduct test drives and facility tours (service and parts departments) for showroom visitors.
• Assist sales executives by answering deep technical questions and keeping dealership staff updated on upcoming model changes.
• Act as an initial point of contact for ownership technology questions or basic troubleshooting.
