About The Position

Porsche Austin is looking for a Coffee Barista to join our great team! Our eight story Porsche Facility is in the North Austin Arboretum at 9800 Research Blvd, Austin, TX 78759. The work schedule is 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Baristas are responsible for offering clients complementary coffee and pastries, keeping the coffee and snack area stocked and clean, and prepping fruit cups and snacks as needed. Coffee bar food and drinks are complementary, so Baristas do not need to handle payments.

Requirements

• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
• Keep snacks stocked and prepare fruit cups.
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
• Keep snack and coffee area neat and clean.
• Observe relevant health and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
