About The Position

Works under minimal supervision to provide responsible technical assistance in performance of assignments requiring basic knowledge of techniques and practices related to particular field of science. Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of research studies. Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and summarize scientific findings to support ongoing research initiatives. Collect, document, verify, and maintain qualitative and quantitative research data in accordance with established research protocols. Recruit research participants, schedule study visits, and conduct interviews while ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines. Perform laboratory and field research activities, including preparing equipment, maintaining laboratory workspaces, processing samples, and supporting data collection. Organize, manage, and maintain accurate research records, databases, spreadsheets, and study documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree In related field

Responsibilities

• Recruit and screen participant for multiple research projects; recruitment may take place on or off campus or via telephone.
• Schedule appointments, obtain consent forms, explain study to participant and collect data.
• Interview participants for assigned research projects; interviews may be in person, in clinical setting, subject's residence or by telephone.
• Travel to recruitment sites as needed.
• Perform a variety of research duties such as library reference materials search for necessary project information.
• Perform medical records abstractions, data coding and data entry.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
